Mail, files, photos and everything else share one pool of storage.
What happens
When you are over the limit, InfoPeak stops adding new things: uploads and new mail are held back. Everything you already have stays readable, and you can still delete and download. Mail that arrives while you are over the limit is held back, not lost, and is delivered once you are under the limit again.
Free up space
- Empty the Trash in Drive.
- Delete old and large mail under Mail settings → Cleanup.
