Open account.infopeak.io → Subscription and choose the plan you want.
- From the free account: the new plan starts as soon as you check out.
- Between paid plans: the change takes effect at your next billing date. You keep your current plan until then, and nothing is charged twice.
- From Plus: Plus is billed yearly, so moving up from Plus happens straight away, and you only pay the difference.
Moving from Family to One or Shield removes the family members when the change takes effect. You are warned before you confirm. Moving away from Business requires the team to be empty first, because the new plan is for one person.
