Open Mail settings → Cleanup. There you can:
- empty Trash and Spam
- move mail older than 30 days, 3 months, 6 months or a year to Trash
- find your largest mail
Emptying Trash cannot be undone. Mail counts towards the same storage as your files, so this also gives Drive more room.
