InfoPeak Forms receives the answers from forms on your own website. You keep your own design, and the answers are encrypted so only you can read them.
- Open cloud.infopeak.io/forms and accept the data processing agreement. You do this once per account.
- Choose Create form, give it a name and enter your website, for example example.com. The form only works on that domain and its subdomains. A thank-you page is optional and must be on the same domain.
- Copy the code block into your page where the form should appear. Add your own fields: every field is saved.
Good to know
- The code block includes the InfoPeak Captcha widget. Every form has its own Captcha key, bound to your website.
- Do not collect health data or other sensitive personal data, national ID numbers, card details or passwords.
- An answer can hold up to 100 fields and 200 KB.
