The free level includes 500 answers each month, counted across all your forms. Paid plans raise the number to 5,000, 20,000, 50,000 or 200,000 answers a month.
When you reach the limit
The form still accepts answers, and your visitors notice nothing. New answers are stored but locked: you can open them when the month changes (the counter resets on the 1st, UTC) or when you choose a larger plan, which unlocks them straight away. You get an email at 80 and at 100 percent.
If a form receives ten times the limit, it closes and shows visitors that the form is temporarily closed.
Change or cancel your plan under Plan on the Forms page. A cancelled plan lasts to the end of the period.
