New answers appear on your Forms page in Cloud, newest first. They are decrypted in your browser, so you must be signed in on a device where your account key is available. If the page says your keys are not ready, sign in again.
- Email: you get an email when new answers arrive, at most once an hour per form. It contains a link, never the answer itself.
- Download: choose Download as CSV to get the answers loaded on the page. Choose Show more first to include older ones.
- Delete: you can delete one answer, or a whole form with all its answers. Deleting cannot be undone.
We cannot read or recover your answers. If you lose access to your account and cannot recover it, stored answers cannot be opened.
