Your recovery key is your way back in if you forget your password. Create it under Settings → Security → Recovery key and keep it somewhere offline, for example printed out.
Forgot your password? Go to accounts.infopeak.io/recover and use your recovery key. Your mail, files and notes are kept.
On Business plans an administrator can also help you back in. See Help a colleague back in.
Because your data is encrypted with your keys, we cannot open it for you without the recovery key.
