Import
In Contacts, click Import and upload a .vcf (vCard) file. Most services can export this: Google Contacts, iCloud, Outlook and Proton.
Export
Select the contacts you want, choose Export and you get a .vcf file. To send one contact to someone, choose Share on the contact.
Keep them in sync
To see your contacts on your phone, use CardDAV.
