iPhone and iPad
Settings → Apps → Calendar → Calendar Accounts → Add Account → Other → Add CalDAV Account. Repeat under Apps → Contacts with Add CardDAV Account and the contacts address.
Mac
System Settings → Internet Accounts → Add Other Account → CalDAV account, type Manual. Repeat with CardDAV.
Android
Android has no built-in CalDAV. Install DAVx5, choose Login with URL and user name and add one account for each address.
Thunderbird
Calendar → New Calendar → On the Network, and Address Book → New CardDAV Address Book.
Your personal calendar and contacts sync. Shared team calendars stay in the app. Outlook does not support CalDAV.
