IMAP and SMTP settings

Username: your full email address
Password: a <a href="https://support.infopeak.io/no/security-privacy/sign-in/passwords-for-other-apps/">password for other apps , not your normal password

Incoming (IMAP)	`imap.infopeak.io`	993, SSL/TLS
Outgoing (SMTP)	`smtp.infopeak.io`	465 (SSL/TLS) or 587 (STARTTLS)

Both outgoing ports work. If your mail app fills in one of them by itself, keep it. IMAP and SMTP are included on every plan.
