Turn on two-factor authentication

With two-factor authentication, signing in requires both your password and a six-digit code from an authenticator app on your phone. It is free on every plan.

1. Open Settings → Security → Two-Factor Authentication.
2. Scan the QR code with an authenticator app, for example the one in InfoPeak Pass, Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator.
3. Enter the code the app shows to confirm.

Mail, calendar and file apps on your devices are not affected, because they use passwords for other apps.
