Exporting costs nothing, on any plan.
Take it out yourself
- Mail: connect a mail program over IMAP and copy the mail wherever you want. See IMAP and SMTP settings.
- Files: connect Drive as a network drive and copy the files. See Connect Drive.
- Calendar and contacts: sync them to your device over CalDAV and CardDAV, or export contacts as .vcf.
- Docs, Sheets and Slides: use File → Export in each document.
Ask us for a copy
Under Settings → Storage & Data → Export Your Data, click Request Export. You receive a download link by email within 30 days, as the GDPR requires.
